Meet the team: Mikayla (Ogrodniczuk) Lynd

Mikayla is one of our Victoria-based riders this year who’s looking forward to competing on the road and track with Instinct Race Team.
Mikayla has been racing on the road for the past 4 season after finishing her competitive hockey career with the UBC Women’s Hockey Team in 2020.

Track cycling was a new discipline for Mikayla this past season, and she’s looking forward to furthering her race experience on the track.
Mikayla’s cycling experience includes being the Co-Captain of the UBC Cycling team and racing for Crit Nasty the past 2 seasons.
Mikayla is looking forward to competing at numerous races on the PNW race calendar in 2025.

When Mikayla is not riding, you can find her working as a Physiotherapist in Victoria or enjoying a coffee while taking in the Island waterfront.
