Instinct Racing was founded in 2023 as a solution to support women's elite cycling. Founder of Instinct Racing and Olympic Team Member Fiona Majendie progressed from grassroots beginner cyclist to the Olympics in two years. Fiona has experienced the journey in concentrated form from recreational cyclist to the top level of sport. Instinct Racing was created with the goal of providing a platform for success at the local development level and national team alike. The goals of this team are simple: to give athletes the best environment, training, and financial assistance to support the variables coming together for athletic development.
