Meet the team: Ariane Bonhomme

Ariane has been racing for most of her life. She competed in her first bike race when she was in grade 6 and has been in love with the sport ever since.

A few years after doing her first road race, Ariane was introduced to track cycling, and this is where the Olympic dream truly came alive.
Ariane has now competed at the Tokyo and Paris Olympics in Team Pursuit.

On the road, some of her best results include a 3rd place at the Elite National Championships and 4th Place in Gatineau Grand Prix.

Ariane is also a trained Birth Doula and an aspiring RMT.
Ariane will be mentoring Instinct athletes in the 2025 season!
